Date16 February 1847
DescriptionInforms Samuel Hunter Christie that many Fellows have been calling to enquire about the 4th part of the 'Philosophiacl Transactions' and Charles Richard Weld has been assuring them it will be complete in the next few days. However heard from Mr Gyde that Mr Graham has stopped the publication with the intention of making alterations of the appearance which will delay the publication. This will increase the costs and results in the disappointment of many Fellows. States the cost of engraving Sabine's magnetic drawings and those of Mr. Baine's currently stands at £366.
