DescriptionEncloses a copy of the resolution of the Council of the Royal Society and a letter from the registrar of the University of London. The consent of the university is conditional on the approval of the Champions of the Woods. Hopes there will be no reason for them to withdraw the offer of the rooms. Explains the reason for these rooms is to allow the President to hold his annual Soirees, when it is found he does no room to do so in London.
