DescriptionHas the honour to transmit to John Wrottesley, as Chairman of Parliamentary Committee of the British Association, the resolution of the President [John Wrottesley himself], and Council of the Royal Society. This is on the question as to whether the Government should adopt measures that would improve the position of science in the country. Includes an extract of the resolution, that the same resolutions of the Royal Society apply to the Parliamentary Committee of th British Association and have their support. [Enclosures not present]
