TitleCopy letter from W [William] Sharpey, Secretary of the Royal Society; to J H Drewry Esq
Date16 September 1857
DescriptionAcknowledges letter containing the days that would be convenient to use the Hall for the examinations for Commissions in the army. Informs the Hall can be used on 14 and 15 October as these days will not inconvenience the Royal Society. As for the days on November and December, reminds Drewry of the previous letter [to John Robert Godley], which will need to be decided by the Council. States however that 19 November and 17 December cannot be used as the Royal Society will require the Hall on these days. [See MS/426/600]
