DescriptionIn reply to the request to use the Great Hall in Burlington House on the 11 and 12 November and 9 and 10 December, for the examinations for army commissions, as long as it is suitable for the Royal Society, replies with the following. The President of the Royal Society wishes to inform that the Society will hold meetings on 19, 26, and 30 November and 10 and 17 December. The Great Hall has already been promised for the meetings of the Royal Geological Society on 9 and 23 November and 14 and 29 December. The War Office can book for Great Hall for all other days.
