DescriptionInforms the Chief Commissioner of the Hudson's Bay Company that the Circumpolar Expedition will leave for Fort Rae [Behchoko] in Canada on 10 May. Sends a list of outfits and supplies to be brought in Winnipeg, and asks for these to be made ready for the expedition for when it arrives. The costs will be charged to the Circumpolar Expedition and paid for by the Royal Society. [See MS/427/176]
