Council is happy with the work of the Engineering Sub-Committee, but related committees are giving problems, including the War Committee itself, which is too large and irresponsible. This will be replaced by a committee of Council which will include Sectional Committee chairmen such as Clerk. Notes the reporting process. which he will explain in more detail when they meet.
