DescriptionGreat part of meeting spent in reading His Majesties Letters Patent establishing the Society into a Corporation. Agreed to go to King on his return from Hampton Court to give thanks for his grace and favour, and in the interim the President should take an occasion to acquaint the King with this intention of the Society. Lord Chancellor also to have the thanks of the Society for promoting the Society, as was Sir Robert Moray and the Solicitor General for remitting the fees due to him for the Patent.
