DescriptionThanks Baily for his trouble in assisting him, and adds that he will ask for it again freely but sparingly. Adds that he had an hour to spare the night before and therefore wrote an enclosed paper [not present] which he believes may amuse Baily. Substantiates what he said about Panizzi. Adds the paper was hastily written and he has no copy of it, so asks Baily to send it back to him.
