DescriptionInforms that a meeting of the Council on 25 October his letter of 22 October was read and taken into consideration. Informs that the Society at its meetings is occupied in the consideration of papers communicated by fellows of the Society, and that is quite contrary to the custom of the Society to depute a section of its fellows to undertake any such examination and trial as suggested in his letter. The Society declines his contribution.
