TitleLetter from C[onrad] Schwager, 25 West Parade, to [Henry Bowman Brady]
Date1 February 1883
DescriptionTranslation of the original [not present]. Thanks for specimens from the Fiji Islands and would like to return Brady's kindness but the Prussian Gazelle expedition only brought back 'miserable material'. Will set out to work on them before Brady's work appears. Mentions a matter regarding someone else named Schwager, and how if someone hears his name involved with it, it will appear that personal motives played a part in it. Discusses the specimen they had both been studying.
