Title | Letter from A[lfred] J[ohn] Jukes-Browne, 1 Carlton Place, Teignmouth, Devon, to [Henry Bowman] Brady |
Date | 20 November 1889 |
Description | Thinks Brady's letter of 16 November gave glimpses of possible interesting results which he sincerely hopes may be fulfilled (underlined) as some reward of all the horrible labour Brady had had. Discusses some of his and Harrison's findings. Asks Brady to send a provisional list of the species he found with any remarks, so that they [Jukes-Browne and Brady?] may incorporate them in their paper if it is finished before Brady returned from abroad. Asks whether it would be of use to send Brady the material from Barbados if it comes while he is still abroad. Believes there is some chance of the Barbadian Legislature publishing their geological map of the island. |
