Herr Kube uses very robust language. The Jews, he says, mean the same to the white races morally as plague, consumption, and syphilis mean to humanity hygienically.
The Jewish question is therefore an international one and must be solved by all civilized nations together. "The plague-carrier must be picked out and isolated". Herr Kube lays on the Jews the blame for the Great War and for everything that may tend to destroy peace again. "Armaments, industry, world bankers, world speculators: wherever you reach out you will grasp a Jew." The 2,000,000 German War dead and the 10,000,000 of the other countries must alll, says Herr Kube, be laid to the Jewish account......"Only he who is tenacious and inflexible will conquer Jewry. One can begin with half measures; but one day this struggle will have to be brought to an end with ruthless brutality by the predominantly Nordic peoples."
He finds the "Aryan clause" of the Nazi legislation governing the employment of officials very modest. Eventually mixed marriages between Germans and Jews will have to be forbidden by law on principle. "A Jew is one who has more than 10 per cent of Jewish blood in him. Anyone who nevertheless sullies his race and therewith our people's best heritage by miscegenation must be rendered sterile, because he commits treason against the German people."
The article goes on to make the usual allegations about the undermining of the national morals by Jewish predominance in art and on the stage and screen under previous regimes. "If these hook-nosed theatre prostitutes of male and female anatomy were not for the most part living in Prague, Vienna, and so on to-day they ought to be sterilized and locked up. The sow wallows in dung and the Jew in what he calls 'art'. Punishment by flogging would be a gentle caress for this dissolute art!....Our Reich Propaganda leader, Dr Joseph Goebbels, rightly pointed out recently that there is no back door for Jewry or its allies to settle again in the Third Reich anywhere, any time, or anyhow."
The Jews and Germans who associate with them, Herr Kube continues, need not think they are forgotten because attention seems to be diverted by controversies with monarchists. They are being watched and will not be allowed to play any games on the Nazis like a repetition of the 1918 Revolution. Rather will the Nazis play with them at "Babylon or the Destruction of Jerusalem." '
