DescriptionNotes that Powell and Lealand have just made an object glass of one-fiftieth of an inch. Describes its application to his research on nerve fibres in frog tongue papillae. He would like to give the firm part of the money advanced to him by Council of the Royal Society. He would like Kolliker's pupils to prepare specimens for him to convince Kolliker of the advantages of Beale's process.
