Title | Draft letter from William Sharpey, University College, to Richard Owen |
Date | 13 March 1865 |
Description | The last letter Sharpey sent was before he had sight of Owen's manuscript. He has since seen the proof abstract of the Echidna paper and Owen's letter. Deprecates Owen's course with regard to Mr Flower since it will lead to the Royal Society becoming the medium of 'an unpleasant dispute'. Advises Owen on future action. |
