DescriptionCorrespondence regarding the custody and curation of Apollo 11 samples. Includes the receipt from Colin Pillinger's collection of Apollo 11 sample number 10086.19 for the University of Bristol. Attached to this are the original labels from the Teflon outer bag enclosing the samples. Also includes a description and associated history of the samples given to 'Group D' [bioscience and organic analysis] principal investigators and a copy of the 'LRL [Lunar Receiving Laboratory] sample data, control, and report scheme.'
