DescriptionCorrespondence concerning the distribution of samples from the Apollo 12 mission, as well as a list of samples received, sample custody transfer forms, and sample testing. Also included are details of how the samples were to be protected from contamination using activated alumina, correspondence on the analysis of organic monitors and other preparation for sample analysis. Printed NASA material includes the 'Lunar receiving laboratory mission plan for Apollo 12.' A note on the file from Judith Pillinger says the handwritten notes are by Dr Geoffrey Eglinton.
