TitleLetter from Joseph John Thomson, Trinity Lodge, Cambridge, to Andrew Russell Forsyth
Date7 February 1939
DescriptionCouncil of the College have asked that Forsyth exercise his right to dine at the commemoration on 16 March. Thomson hears of Forsyth from time to time and is glad he is well. Thomson's health is good, but his memory plays him tricks - he cannot recall names quickly. The political crisis has been in their minds. He cannot recall any Prime Minister who rendered such service to the country as [Neville] Chamberlain.
