TitleLetter from Frederick Soddy, FRS, Chemical Laboratory, Glasgow University, to James Mackenzie Davidson
Date24 December 1905
DescriptionThanks Mackenzie Davidson for his offer to host him during for the next meeting of the Rongten Society, but declines having already sorted accommodation. Notes that Presidential addresses are not 'much in [his] line' and he is undecided on what he will talk about. Is grateful for the Christmas holidays to think something up. Hopes Mackenzie Davidson continues to get good results from his use of radium.

[Soddy was President of the Rongten Society 1905-06, which may account for the Presidential address mentioned here.]
