DescriptionEncloses receipt for this years subscription. Will lay Russell's request for an extension of time for admission into the Royal Society before the Council at their next meeting. The Council have however granted the extension by anticipation. Asks Russell to complete and return the enclosed duplicate of a circular previously sent with the letter announcing his election. [No enclosures]
