DescriptionEvans has Hilger's letter of 28 November [1886] and regrets that Hilger will not revise the charges in his accounts. Evans has spoken to some of the members of the Eclipse Committee who think that some of the charges are too high. He encloses a cheque for £47-16-3 and asks for a receipt.
