DescriptionIn the four years since the Government Grant was placed on its present footing the President and Council of the Royal Society have been led to make a certain number of changes in the code of regulations drawn up at that time for the guidance of the Committee which administers the grant. These changes relate to small details and have been introduced to secure greater care and efficiency in the grant's administration. Feeling the the Lords would like to be acquainted with them a copy of the regulations as they now stand, and a copy of the original regulations of 1882 are enclosed. [No enclosures]
