DescriptionRegarding Mablethorpe, Mr Howard, the new tenant, has been calling to complain that no notice was taken of his letter concerning repairs and improvement. Rix has told Howard that an allowance was made and has referred him to the Messrs. Rix's letter to he Messrs acquainting the Messrs with the resolution of Council was dated 25 June 1887.
