Description8 December is the last meeting of the Royal Society at which Lodge can be admitted. If Lodge does not present himself for admission upon that day his election becomes void. If Lodge is not sure of being present he should at once send an application for extension of time for Rix to lay before the Council at their next meeting on 30 November.
