TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr Street, War Office, S.W.
Date11 October 1894
DescriptionRix regrets to say that it will be impossible for the Society to let Street's men varnish the window panes at this time of year. All the carpets have been put down and the Committees begin to meet this week. They must beg Street to put off the operation till next year and that they will then, as on previous occasions, arrange to do it while the Society is on vacation in the last part of July, August or September.
