|Title||Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Walter Noel Hartley, Fellow of the Royal Society|
|Date||1 November 1894|
|Description||The three curves are nearly ready and Rix hopes the Society shall be able to send Hartley a revise of the whole of his paper with the curves in place before very long. |
The Secretaries think the cutting and mounting will not make the plate very satisfactory and cannot see any necessity for it. The Secretaries have instructed Rix to have a double line ruled between the upper and lower spectra thus dividing the plate into two distinct compartments. Will send a revise once the letterings are complete.
