DescriptionRix has just received the President's [Anniversary] address [William Thomson, Lord Kelvin] and has instructed the printers to send an advance copy today.

If the sub-editor would like to send a messenger at five o'clock on Friday, the Society can give him some copy for the preliminaries of the meeting to precede the address in the sub-editor's report.
