|Description||On the death of the late Mr Dove who was formerly Secretary of the Darwin Memorial Fund, Dove's cash-box was opened by his executor and among other papers was found a cheque drawn by Paget in favour of that fund, dated 19th August 1882, for two guineas. |
This cheque has never been banked and Rix is directed by the Treasurer, Sir John Evans, to inquire whether the cheque may be credited to the Darwin Memorial Fund.
