DescriptionRix learns from the President of the Chemical Society that he has received from the Secretary, a letter concerning the [Antoine Laurent] Lavoisier Memorial, in which it is mentioned that the Secretary has communicated on the same matter with the Royal Society. However, the Royal Society has not at present received any letter on the subject. It must have miscarried.
