DescriptionA Fellow who resides abroad, or has other good reasons for not appearing for admission, can by leave of Council defer the ceremony. Rix will take it that Robert's certificate is to be re-suspended. The Society is sending Williamson a list of Fellows which gives the new Council on the first page.
