DescriptionNewman's second batch of specimen plates were laid before the Senior Secretary and he was favourably impressed by the engraved lithographs from the 'Transactions of the Linnean Society'. The Senior Secretary confirms his promise to remember Newman's firms on the next suitable occasion.
