DescriptionColonel Swinhoe writes to have the plates of his paper on butterflies, which was archived in 1893, returned to him to be published elsewhere. Rix if he may do this in advance of permission from Council.

Dr Murray calls to say that he will be in town until the end of the month and will call any day Foster likes. Dr Pavy has just called and the Council Minutes are enclosed [not attached].
