TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Edwin Tulley Newton, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date7 June 1895
DescriptionThe Officers have discusses Newton's kind offer to exhibit the human bones and flint implements now on show at the Geological Society. The Officers think the exhibit not very suitable for the Ladies Soirée, besides which there is extreme difficulty in finding room for those exhibits which were regularly considered by the Committee and as some must be omitted, it seems fair to omit those received late.
