TitleCopy letter from Michael Foster, to Professor Henri Milne-Edwards, Muséum d'Histoire Naturelle, Paris
Date11 June 1895
DescriptionIn reference to Milne-Edwards' letter asking that a complete set of the 'Challenger' reports should be presented by Her Majesty's Government to the Muséum d'Histoire Naturelle, Foster is directed to state that a copy is already given to Le Jardin des Plantes. It has always been understood that this copy really goes to Muséum d'Histoire Naturelle, so Milne-Edwards' application has been a surprise. Asks Milne-Edwards to make enquiries to ascertain where the copy has been deposited.
