Description | Rix is instructed by the Treasurer [John Evans] to hand Galton the inclosed letter from Messrs Few & Company, with reference to the proposed change in title of the Incorporated Kew Committee. Galton's suggestion that the word 'Incorporated' be dropped was adopted by Council and the new title will therefore be 'Kew Observatory Committee'.
Asks Galton to send to Messrs Few & Company the certificate of Incorporation which was forwarded from the office on 21 February 1893. |
