|Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Jones, Lang & Company
|5 November 1895
|Rix applies for the ground-rent on 57 Basinghall Street due last Michaelmas. The Treasurer [John Evans] begs that the Messrs will send their cheque for £91-16-8 by return of post as they close the accounts for the current year at the end of this week and it is this year especially desirable that this amount should be included in the balance.
