TitleCopy letter from an unknown correspondent, to Messrs Jones, Lang & Company
Date17 March 1896
Description'I applied to you on January 22 last for £91-16-8, Ground Rent on 57 Basinghall Street for three months to December 25, 1895, but have not yet received it. Will you have the goodness to send your cheque for the above amount by an early post? We should be obliged if you would make it a rule to pay this rent more promptly; the habitual delay gives needless trouble'.
