In answer to Mr Danvers' letter (R & L. 1964) of the 27th inst. [instant], I have to acknowledge safe receipt of the 225 copies of Part 4 of the Trevandrum Observations therein advised, and I am instructed by the President and Council of the Royal Society, while returning thanks for the same, to assure you that the volumes shall be distributed to such institutions as will probably find them useful.
