They have heard that morning from the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs that Professor Korteweg of the University of Amsterdam has been appointed by the Netherlands Government as their delegate to the Conference on Cataloguing Scientific Literature. Foster notes that they can now send printed documents relating to the conference direct to Korteweg. |
