| Description | Thursday 2 [October] would be the statutory day for the meeting of Schafer's Sectional Committee but, as there will be no meeting of Council before the 29th, Schafer may be inclined to postpone the meeting, especially as there is at present only one paper ready for discussion; Mr Heape's paper, as to which the two referees reports differ. The only other two outstanding papers are by Dr Risien Russell's which is still with the second referee, and Dr Page May's, which is still with the first referee. Asks to know Schafer's wishes. |
