I have to acknowledge the safe receipt of the paper by Dr [Max] Lowenthal and yourself "On the Relations between the Cerebellar and other Centres, &c.", and will at once communicate with Prof. [Professor Michael] Foster with regard to its acceptance and publication. With reference to delays of publication, may I remind you that the paper by Dr Kramer and yourself was sent to you in proof for revision on the 25th August last, and has not yet been returned here?
