DescriptionIn reply to Vincent's letter just received, the list of papers for 4 March is for the present made up, but Harrison will bring Vincent's request before the proper authority in case of their being able to expand the list to admit of Vincent's paper.

Harrison sent a letter to Vincent last night addressed to Birmingham, relating to the illustrations to Vincent's paper, and he trusts this will come into his hands.
