Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Henry Edward Armstrong, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 26 February 1897 |
Description | Harrison could not send a reply by the bearer of Armstrong's note as it was dropped in the letter-box and left there.
Harrison quotes the note Armstrong took of the resolution upon Kohlrausch's letter. If Armstrong is to draw up a reply to Kohlrausch and sends the draft to the Society, Harrison will have it typewritten so that it may be press-copied.
Thinks there had better be a separate press copying book for the International Catalogue correspondence, which will probably be extensive, and then whatever clerical assistant is engaged for that work may keep copies of all the correspondence in one book.
Also sends draft Minutes of yesterday's meeting [not attached], which, if Armstrong returns approved, he will have entered in the book. |
