DescriptionThe cloth copies of the year book are to be distributed to the Fellows but not the Foreign Members. Before they distribute the type of the Statutes, separate copies are wanted for office use. A pattern is sent herewith [not attached] and they may print 100 copies to deliver to the Society [not attached]. The wrapper and title should have the new date in arabic numerals.

Annotated that 200 copies of the year book have been delivered to the Society, the Messrs should send for 100 of them back to be distributed as mentioned above.
