DescriptionRucker is sorry to hear that Professor Suess is unwell. Suess has referred Harrison to Klein to ask when and where the meeting of the 'Cartel' [of German Academies] will be held. The Royal Society has appointed Professors Armstrong and [Arthur] Schuster as its representatives, and these gentlemen are anxious to know when they will have to leave England.
