DescriptionBefore receiving Kennedy's letter, Harrison received a telegram from the publisher of the Scottish Medical Journal and replied saying that, subject to Kennedy's consent, the Royal Society had no objection to them publishing an anstract of Kennedy's paper on 'Regeneration of nerve'.

Regarding the publishing abstract, of which Kennedy sends a proof, its suitability is a matter for Kennedy to decide.
