| Description | Dr Foster has asked Harrison to explain to Allbutt the omission from the printed list of certificates which has just gone round to the Council, and the signature of Allbutt for the claim of Dr Bevan Lewis.
Their is a recognized practice that members of Council while so serving shall not sign candidates' certificates. Dr Foster therefore thought it best if Allbutt's signature was not reproduced in the printed list. |
