DescriptionWith reference to the Secretary's letter to Professor [Arthur William] Rucker of the 2 [November], Rucker has directed him to say that he will be happy to act as representative of Her Majesty's Commissioners, for the inspection of the works to be carried out by the London United Tramways. Rucker will be glad to have associated with him in that capacity, Professor Perry FRS, and Member of the Kew Observatory Committee, with whom Rucker was in consultation on the subject of the modification of the Tramways Bills as suggested by the Secretary.
