| Description | A few weeks ago the President and Council appointed a Committee to consider and report on a proposal for an international floating oceanic laboratory. This so closely concerns Fowler's proposal that the President and Council desired to consult the above Committee concerning Fowler's proposal before taking action upon it. Foster cannot therefore give any definite reply until the next Council meeting on 18th January. |
