DescriptionHas received Forsyth's letter and note his appointment of Dr Hobson to act as Chairman of the Mathematics Committee during Forsyth's absence abroad.

Encloses a copy of the Minutes of the last meeting of his Committee and asks that he will either approve or amend them and return them so Harrison can lay them before the Committee of Papers at their next meeting.
